An important part of lifelong play is stepping outside your comfort zone to try something new...an element of surprise. Typically, we've spent much of our adult lives avoiding trying things that we don't think we'll be good at. Since the beauty of play is that it is process-focused (instead of product-focused), no one who participates needs to be good at the activity.
For these reasons, I don't tell you exactly what we're going to be doing, but I will give you some information to help you decide which types of PlayDates! you'd like to participate in. Each PlayDate! has three scales: Messiness, Physicality, and Vulnerability. 2016 PlayDates!PlayDate!: Explore Movement AND CreativityWhen: TBD
